Barbara was born on January 1, 1927 and passed away on Monday, September 11, 2017.

Barbara was a resident of Bellingham, Washington at the time of passing.

She attended Roosevelt and Lincoln Elementary Schools, and graduated in 1945 from Mount Vernon High School.
