Barbara passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2019.

Barbara was a resident of Camden, Arkansas at the time of passing.

After graduating from Fairview High School in Camden, she attended Henderson College in Arkadelphia and then moved to Texas where she was employed by the Texas Gypsum Company in Irving.

Visitation for Mrs. Starks will be from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Thursday, October 10,2019, at Proctor Funeral Home in Camden. Graveside services will be at 10 AM on Friday, October 11 at Hampton Springs Cemetery in Carthage, AR with Pastor Courtney Bacon Latina officiating.
