Bart was born on November 16, 1951 and passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2016.

Bart was a resident of Easton, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing.

Bart was a high school graduate and later attended Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire.

He was married to Mary Ann (Staruski) Halper.

Bart's family will receive guests at The Connell Funeral Home on Friday, October 14, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. and again on Saturday from 8-9:30 a.m. at the funeral home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Saturday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 1817 First St. Bethlehem, PA 18020.Upcoming Events
