Benjiman Duane Hill, 84 former resident of Ada and Stratford, Oklahoma passed away July 20, 2017 in Ft. Worth, Texas. Born September 17, 1932 in Longview, Texas, he was the son of Earl Luther Hill and Edith Opal Combest Hill. B. D. was a longtime oilfield service person working in oilfields all over the country. He loved first and foremost his family and children; traveling in an RV all over the country including Alaska 3 times; going to Auctions; woodworking and gardening. After his retirement from the oilfields he became a rancher and raised longhorn cattle. He loved his horses and all of his dogs. Preceding him in death were his parents, Earl Luther Hill and Edith Combest Hill; sisters, Earlene Hill Clark; and Nadine Hill Stormes; brother, John Earl Hill. Survivors include his wife Della Jane Hill of the home; children, Jaynie and her husband Jayme Wollison; Stephen and his wife Debbie Hill; and Joan and her husband Ashraf Habib; grandchildren, Nicki Wollison Pufall and her husband Craig; Stephanie Wollison; Benjiman Wollison; Mandy Brown Martin and her husband Justin; Zachary and his wife Jessie Brown; and Jacki Hill; great-grandchildren, Kristofor Wollison; Brock Martin; Dellanie Martin; and Richard Pufall; 1 sister, Mary Hill Morton; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 24, 2017 at Bill Eisenhour Northeast Chapel, 8805 NE 23rd St., Oklahoma City, OK, 73141. Following Military Honors rendered by a U.S. Army Honors Detail, burial will be in Arlington Memory Gardens, Midwest City, Oklahoma.
