Mr Lough was born on April 14, 1947 and passed away on Friday, September 8, 2017.

Mr Lough was a resident of North Providence, Rhode Island at the time of passing.

He was also an Army Veteran.

His funeral will be held on Wednesday, September 13th at 9:30am from the A.A. MARIANI & SON Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St., Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11am at St. Rose and Clement Church, 111 Long St., Warwick. Burial will be private. Visitation at the A.A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on September 12, 2017. Tuesday September 12, 2017 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM A.A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home September 13, 2017 11:00 AM to TBD St. Rose and Clement Church 111 Long Street Warwick, RI 02886 Visitation at the A.A. Mariani & Son Funeral Home from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on September 12, 2017.
