OBITUARY

My Mom, Bessie Lee Borden-McDowell was born on June 17, 1922 to the late Parem Borden and the Late Mary Chavers-Borden. She was named Bessie in honor of their first born Lizzie, who died at birth.

My mom quit school after the 7th grade to help her mom rear her two younger children.

In 1944 my mom married Walter Brownlow and moved to Evanston, IL. By mutual consent, they agreed for her to return home to Sawyerville, Alabama to allow for a natural birth of me, her only son (Richard Curtis). Again, mom was asked by her mom to stay a couple of months longer, but those months elongated to two years.

Upon returning to Evanston, IL, my mom was served with her divorce papers from my dad. My mom fulfilled her American dream when she married her second husband, George McDowell, and built their dream home and retired in Madison, Alabama.

My mom accompanied me to all courts where I successfully won two lawsuits against the state of Alabama, where their agents did not report the fire fatalities of her dad Parem and her brother Richard Borden.

Destiny and Transition

My Mom planned her transition just like the Pharaohs & Queens of Egypt.

She wanted her body Embalmed for Immortality just like the Gods and Goddesses in Mythology. She wanted her body transported to the mausoleum crypt in a Cadillac Hearse so she could return home to the Stars in the Heaven.

SEE YOU IN THE MORNING MOM!

AT HOME IN HEAVEN AMONGST THE STARS.

WITH LOVE ETERNALLY,
