Betty was born on February 21, 1930 and passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2017.

Betty was a resident of Coleman, Texas at the time of passing.

She attended the Buffalo School until her senior year when she attended Bangs High School and graduated in 1948.

Betty was married to James Stephenson And Bill Carter.

Graveside services for Betty will be Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m. at the Leaday Cemetery Pavilion with visitation preceding the burial at Stevens Funeral Home in Coleman from 1:00 to 2:00. Marvin Hale of the Northside Baptist Church of Santa Anna will be in charge of the graveside service.
