On February 12, 2017, Beverly B. Raymond passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at the Maplewood Care and Rehabilitation Center in Westmoreland NH, following a period of declining health.

She was born in Belfast, ME on September 11, 1933 the daughter of Helard and Myrtle (Woodward) Linscott, Sr.. On September 11, 1952 she married the love of her life: Norman M. Raymond.

Although she did not work outside her home, for many years she took care of her grandchildren. During this time she was able to nurture them, teach them, spend quality time with them and above all share her unconditional love with them. She was always willing to play games with them, especially those which required "imagination", such as the time when she put her exercise bicycle in front of a line of dining room chairs and told the kids that they were going for a ride. Her home was a safe place where everyone was welcome and there was usually always something sweet to share with guests. Her family especially enjoyed her Strawberry Reubarb Pies and Pumpkin Cookies. She had a very fun-loving spirit and enjoyed camping, snowmobiling and enjoying a nice glass of wine. Her passion, aside from her family, was horses. She found that she was able to connect with them and enjoyed spending time going for rides and caring for them.

She is survived by her daughter: Linda Raymond of Winchester, NH, five grandchildren: Kelly Raymond, Brandi Rodgers and her husband Joshua, Wayne Morse and his wife Mindy, Coral Paige and Amy Morse, six greatgrandchildren: Saige, Felix, Mariah, Alana, Beatrix, and Ollie, and several nieces, nephews and extended family members. She is predeceased by her husband, her daughter: Pamela Morse, two sons: David and Phillip Raymond, three sisters: Mildred, Dorothy and Norma and four brothers: Samuel, Richard, Cecil and Helard, Jr.

Graveside services will be held in the Spring in the Evergreen Cemetery, Richmond Road, Winchester, NH, and will be announced as the date draws closer.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Miracles in Motion, 118 Wyman Road, Keene, NH. 03431, an organization which supports individuals of all abilities, and their families, in meeting physical, emotional, cognitive, and social goals through Equine-Assisted Activities.
