Billy was born on May 30, 1950 and passed away on Thursday, October 6, 2016.

Billy was a resident of Abilene, Texas at the time of passing.

He graduated High School in Perryville AR.

He joined the United States Air Force where he faithfully served our country for twenty years. His service included several stations and deployments including the Vietnam War.

Billy was married to Mali.

Visitation will be 2:00 p.m. till 4:00 p.m. Saturday October 8 2016 at Elmwood Funeral Home 5750 Hwy 277 South. Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Monday October 10 2016 at the Texas State Veteran's Cemetery of Abilene.
