Billy was born on July 3, 1927 and passed away on Monday, August 12, 2019.

Billy was a resident of Evansville, Indiana at the time of passing.

He is a graduate of Mackey High School and Lain Technical College.

Billy was a World War II Army Veteran who was stationed at West Point Military Academy, West Point, NY, as an Artillery Instructor.

Graveside Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, August 17, 2019, at Providence Cemetery, Somerville, IN.
