Billy was born on November 30, 1958 and passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017.

Billy was a resident of Texas.

He attended school in Midland Texas. He graduated from Midland Lee High School in June 1977 furthering his education at Odessa College and then on to Howard Payne University.

Visitation will be held Friday May 19th from 9:00am to 9:00 pm with a family presence from 6 8:00pm. at Martinez Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday May 20th at St. James Missionary Baptist Church 2212 East 11th Street Odessa Texas with Pastor Samuel L. Buhl Sr. officiating. Interment will follow at Ector County Cemetery the Odessa II Section.
