Billy was born on February 26, 1944 and passed away on Monday, November 4, 2019.

Billy was a resident of Bardstown, Kentucky at the time of passing.

He served in the Army National Guard during the Vietnam War where he received a Bronze Star medal with Valor.

His funeral service will be 11:00 am Friday November 8, 2019 at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in St. Gregory Cemetery. Visitation will be 3 - 8 pm Thursday November 7 and 9 - 11 am Friday November 8 at Barlow Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at 7:30 pm Thursday.
