Billy Ray Wagers Jr., age 39, a resident of South Hill Road in Salyersville, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, March 8, 2018 in Salyersville, Kentucky after complications of a motor vehicle accident.

Billy Ray Jr. was born June 21, 1978 in Ann Arbor, Michigan the son of Phyllis Hopkins Tolsen and the late Billy Wagers Sr.. Brother, Samuel Tolson, and sister, Amanda Tolsen, also proceeded in death.

Joseph Appliances in Royalton, Kentucky as a clerk and mechanic employed Billy Ray Jr..

Those left to mourn includes wife, Kellie Ann Cole Wagers, whom he married November 19, 2004, daughters, Dakota Wagers, Cheyenne Wagers, Megan Wagers all of Royalton, Kentucky, son, Samuel Wagers of Royalton, Kentucky, mother, Phyllis Tolsen of Campton, Kentucky, sisters, Crystal Tolson of Houston, Texas, Christie Woodard of Lexington, Kentucky, brothers, Josh Wagers of Campton, Kentucky, Jake Tolsen of Pikeville, Kentucky, a host of family and friends who love and miss him.

Funeral services for Billy Wagers Jr. will be conducted Wednesday, March 14, at 11:00 AM from the Gun Creek United Baptist Church in Royalton, Kentucky. Clergy Tim Watkins will deliver comforting words on the day of service. Interment will follow in the Crace Family Cemetery in Wheelrim, Kentucky. The family will welcome friends Tuesday, March 13, after 6:00 pm from the Gun Creek United Baptist Church in Royalton, Kentucky and anytime prior to funeral services. Contributions can be made to the Billy Wagers Jr. Memorial Fund at the funeral home. Condolences can be made at www.salyersvillefuneralhome.net
