Blaine was born on January 17, 1927 and passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2019.

Blaine was a resident of Salem, Oregon at the time of passing.

Blaine served as a Coxswain on the USS Starlight in WW II in the Navy and was honorably discharged in 1946.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday September 14 2019 at 10:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 1400 Western Avenue Stayton OR. Burial will follow at City View Cemetery. Assisting the family is Virgil T. Golden Funeral Service.
