Blythe was born on May 15, 1956 and passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2017.

Blythe was a resident of Sioux Falls, South Dakota at the time of passing.

She graduated from O'Gorman High School in 1974.

A memorial service will begin at 7:00 pm Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at West Side Lutheran Church, 3901 Oklahoma Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57107. A visitation with the family present will be one hour prior to the service.
