Brad was born on June 21, 1974 and passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2017.

Brad was a resident of Stanfield, North Carolina at the time of passing.

The memorial service, officiated by Rev. Jim White, will be on Friday September 15, 2017 at 11:00 at Love's Grove United Methodist Church, 4360 Polk Ford Road, Stanfield. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Love's Grove United Methodist Church, PO Box 276, Stanfield, NC 28163; or the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center, 20 Duke Medicine Cir.#3-1, Durham, NC 27710.
