Bradley was born on October 4, 1963 and passed away on Thursday, January 4, 2018.

Bradley was a resident of Sylvania, Ohio at the time of passing.

Brad was a 1982 graduate of Napoleon High School where he was a three sport athlete in tennis, football and basketball and was a member of the 1981 state championship basketball team.

Following visitation at 9 AM, funeral services will be Monday, January 8 at 10 AM in Olivet Lutheran Church 5840 Monroe St. Sylvania, Ohio . Interment will be at 2 PM Monday in Glenwood Cemetery, Napoleon, Ohio.

Contributions in Brad's memory may be made to the church, The American Heart Association benefitting stroke research at donatenow.heart.org and the Hope Network Foundation benefitting neuro rehabilitation at hopenetwork.org.
