Bradley was born on October 16, 1945 and passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2018.

Bradley was a resident of Westminster, Maryland at the time of passing.

He graduated from Stanford University in 1967 with a B.A. in Psychology.

Bradley was a veteran of the United States Navy, serving in the Atlantic Fleet as a Line Officer in Communications and Operations.
