Bruce was born on March 3, 1945 and passed away on Sunday, July 30, 2017.

Bruce was a resident of Indiana at the time of passing.

Bruce graduated from the University of the Pacific with a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in 1968, and obtained his PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Utah in 1972.

In lieu of flowers, Bruce would certainly ask you to brighten someone's day.
