Bruce was born on July 13, 1958 and passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2019.

Bruce was a resident of New York, New York at the time of passing.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in European History from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA, a Master's of Arts in Graphic Design from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC and a Master's of Science in Real Estate Development at Columbia University in New York City.
