Carmen was born on June 6, 1928 and passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2018.

Carmen was a resident of South Portland, Maine at the time of passing.

Carmen was born June 6, 1928 to Marguerite Dumont Carter and Fred Carter in Lewiston, Maine and graduated from Deering High School in Portland.

She also enlisted in the U.S. Air Force at Mather AFB where she was one of the first females to attain the rank of Chief Master Sargent, serving for 23 years.

Visitation begins at 10:00 A.M. followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00 A.M.
