Carolyn was born on November 2, 1941 and passed away on Thursday, May 9, 2019.

Carolyn was a resident of Massachusetts at the time of passing.

Born in Springfield, MA on November 2, 1941 to the late Harold and Jacqueline (Golden) Deyo, she was a graduate of Cathedral High School in the Class of 1959.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 beginning at 8:45 AM at the funeral home followed by a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 10 AM at St. John the Evangelist Church, Main Street, Agawam. Burial will be at the Massachusetts Veterans' Memorial Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made in Carolyn's name to Rheumatoid Arthritis Foundation, Help Fight RA 8815 Conroy Windermere Rd. Suite 309 Orlando, FL 32835.
