CAROLYN LEE BROOKS, age 59, Cynthiana, died Friday, May 12, 2017 at Harrison Memorial Hospital. Born in Harrison County, July 9, 1957 to the late Charles Thomas and Ethel Lee Mattox Webb, she was a Better Business Bureau employee and a member of Central Christian Church. She is survived by her husband, Johnnie Brooks; two sons, Donald (Jamie) Webb; Yorktown, Virginia and Scott (Samantha) McDonald, Bowling Green; three daughters, Tonia Webb, Donna Webb and Amanda (Gary, II) Crump, all of Cynthiana; two sisters, Kathy Webb Reynolds and Bonnie Wright, both of Cynthiana; thirteen grandchildren, Justin, Christin, Kayley, Savannah, Kyra, Ashtyn, Derrick, Eric, Sara, Dakota, Cody, Braxton, Alex and Allen; eight great grandchildren and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Wednesday at Ware Funeral Home by Bro. Benny Northcutt. Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday. Burial will be in Battle Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Kentucky Department of the Blind, 8412 Westport Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40242 or National Kidney Foundation, 8920 Stone Green Way #100, Louisville, Kentucky 40220. Active pallbearers will be Dakota Knipper, Justin Smith, Eric Knipper, Derrick Knipper, Allen Crump, Eric Webb and Kevin Slade. Honorary pallbearers will be Donald Webb, Scott McDonald and Gary Crump II.
