Carroll was born on April 20, 1947 and passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2017.

Carroll was a resident of Virginia.

He was a graduate of Poquoson High School Class of 1965. Carroll earned a BA in Business Administration Management from St. Leo College and an Associates of Applied Science from Thomas Nelson Community College.

He served in the Army as a Chaplains Assistant.

Visitation will be held Saturday June 17 2:00 3;00 PM immediately followed by a Memorial Service led by Hunter Riggins with Military Honors after the service all at Emmaus Baptist Church Poquoson. Burial will be private.
