Cecelia was born on February 4, 1923 and passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2018.

Cecelia was a resident of Marcy, New York at the time of passing.

She was a graduate of Sacred Heart Elementary School and St. Francis DeSales High School, the St. Elizabeth's School of Nursing, and the Army Nurse Corps where she served as First Lt.

She was a member of St. Leo's & St. Ann's Catholic Church in Holland Patent where she was a member of the Altar Rosary Society and the Church Choir. She was predeceased by an infant brother Francis Kula and a brother Norbert Kula also several in-law's Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 9:00 AM from the Dimbleby Funeral Homes Inc. Forty Main St. in Whitesboro and at 10:00 AM at St. Leo's & St. Ann's Catholic Church in Holland Patent where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Interment will be in the spring in Townsend Cemetery in Stittville. Military Honors will be offered at the conclusion of calling hours at 7:00 PM, also the Leon R. Roberts Post 161 American Legion will have a service at the funeral home on Wednesday Evening at 6:30 PM.
