Cecil was born on October 24, 1931 and passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016.

Cecil was a resident of Hanover Township, Ohio at the time of his passing.

He served as a CPL in the Army during the Korean War.

He was married to Martha.

Visitation will be Wednesday November 30 2016 at 10:00am followed with services at 12 noon at Weigel Funeral home 980 N.W. Washington Blvd Hamilton OH followed by burial with military services at Millville cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Down Syndrome Assoc. of Cincinnati 4623 Wesley Ave. Cincinnati OH 45212 or the Animal Adoption Foundation 2480 Ross Millville Hamilton 45013.
