Charles was born on January 18, 1935 and passed away on Wednesday, August 2, 2017.

Charles was a resident of Massachusetts at the time of passing.

He graduated from Norwalk High School in 1954 and attended the University of Connecticut.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War, serving with the military police.

Memorial calling hours are Saturday, August 12, 2017, from 9:00-11:30 a.m., at Paradis-Givner Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oxford. A memorial service will follow at 12 noon at the First Congregational Church, 355 Main St., Oxford, directly next door to the funeral home. Burial will be private at a later date.
