Charles passed away on Tuesday, February 28, 2017.
Charles was a resident of Wichita, Kansas at the time of passing.
Charles served as a US Marine in World War II and graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Accounting.
Charles also served in the Air Force Reserve as a 2nd Lieutenant and was elected Alderman for 4 years in the city of Manchester, MO.
Memorial Mass will be at 10:00 A.M., Friday, March 3, 2017, at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Wichita, KS.
