Charles Brockton Boles passed away on March 5, 2017. Visitation: Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 5:00 – 8:00pm. Funeral: 10:00am, Thursday, March 9, 2017 both services to be held at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home and Memorial Park.



Charles was born on January 12, 1937 in Tulsa, OK to R.L. and Lela Dell Boles. In 1955 Charles graduated from Carter-Riverside High School in Fort Worth, and attended Arlington State Jr. College. On December 6, 1957 Charles married Carolyn Baker at Riverside Methodist Church. They were married 50 years until her passing in 2008. Charles retired after 30 years of dedicated service from Holloway Co. Inc. as the Vice President of Sales. Charles had a passion for officiating football games, he officiated for over 30 years with the Southland and Southwest conferences. After his retirement Charles developed a love for golf, he has been known to spend days at the golf course. Most importantly he loved spending time with his grandchildren and attending their activities.

Survivors: children; Jamelyn Carter, husband Dan, Courtney Boles- Hormell, husband David and Alice Roberson, husband Kevin, grandchildren; Morgan, Brockton, Baker, Avery and Maggie, siblings; Debbie Carter and LeRoy Boles, brother-in-law; Don Baker, wife Kathy, special friend; Peggy Jobe.
