Charles was born on October 1, 1935 and passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016.

Charles was a resident of Knoxville, Tennessee at the time of passing.

He graduated from Fulton High School in 1954 and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Tennessee in 1975.

He served in the Air Force from 1953 to 1963.

Charles was married to Elizabeth.

Family and friends will meet 11:15am Monday at East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery John Sevier Highway for 11:30am graveside service with full military honors.
