Charles was born on June 5, 1956 and passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2017.

Charles was a resident of Cecil, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Charles served 26 years with the United States Air Force and retired as a Master Sergeant.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, August 14th at 11 AM at St. Mary Parish, 10 St. Mary's Lane, Cecil, PA 15321. Interment and full military honors to follow at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
