Charles was born on April 9, 1943 and passed away on Monday, November 28, 2016.

Charles was a resident of Asheville, North Carolina at the time of his passing.

He was a US Army veteran stationed in Germany.

He was married to Sherry.

Memorial services will be held at 3 PM Thursday December 1 2016 in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home with Rev. Richard Bellflower officiating. Military honors will be conducted by the NC National Guard. The family will receive friends immediately following services at the funeral home. At a later date burial will be at the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery Black Mountain.
