Charles was born on October 18, 1949 and passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017.

Charles was a resident of Petersburg, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing.

He was a 1967 graduate of Lincoln High School in Canton and later attended classes and became a certified wastewater treatment specialist.

He was married to Diana L. Paden Gosnell.
