Charles was born on December 24, 1937 and passed away on Saturday, February 25, 2017.
Charles was a resident of Louisville, Kentucky at the time of passing.
Chuck was a member of the Kentucky National Guard until he transitioned into active duty with the United States Army.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 3, 2017, 11 a.m. at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway; burial will follow at the Kentucky Veteran Cemetery, Radcliff, KY. Visitation is Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 2:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Because Chuck lived to serve others, we request that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy be made to either Wounded Warrior Project (P. O. Box 758516, Topeka, KS 66677) or Volunteers of America Family Programs (570 S. 4th Street, Louisville, KY 40202).
