Charles was born on July 29, 1929 and passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2016.
Charles was a resident of Asheville, North Carolina at the time of his passing.
He was married to Betty.
The Funeral Service will be held on Monday November 28 2016 at 12:00 Noon at the Hart Funeral Service Chapel 60 Phifer Street Asheville NC. Mark Harbison will officiate. Visitation will be one hour earlier at 11:00AM. Interment will follow at Ashelawn Garden of Memory.
