Georgetown: Charles Henry Honyotski, 63 of Georgetown died March 29, 2015, at his home. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus and Coastal Carolina Shields. He was a retired Georgetown City Police officer. Mr. Honyotski was the son of the late Francis and Mary Santoro Honyotski, of Connecticut. He was preceded in death by his brother John Honyotski. Surviving are his wife and daughter, Susan and Maggie Honyotski of Georgetown; brother, Francis (Janice) Honyotski of Georgetown; sister, Marilyn Spino of Florida; sister, Theresa Owens of Long Island, N.Y.; and 12 nieces and nephews. The service will be at 10 A.M., Monday, April 6, 2015, at St. Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. Ronald Farrell officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Sign a guest book at www.mayerfuneralhome.com. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church, 317 Broad Street, Georgetown, SC 29440. The Georgetown Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
