Charles was born on September 5, 1929 and passed away on Tuesday, June 13, 2017.

Charles was a resident of Islamorada, Florida at the time of passing.

A graduate of St. Peter's High School in Dunellen, NJ, Charles went on to the Newark School of Engineering and received his Master's degree from the University of Alabama.

He has joined his late father, Colonel Charles Kupper, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Municipal Engineer for many of the County's Townships, and mother, Margret Kupper.

The family will receive relatives and friends for a memorial gathering on Thursday June 22, 2017 from 4-7 pm at Weatherhead Young Funeral Home, 885 Mantoloking Rd., Brick, NJ 08723. A memorial service will begin at 6:30 pm Thursday evening.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 399, 1801 Bay Blvd., Ortley Beach, NJ 08751.
