Charles was born on May 29, 1937 and passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017.

Charles was a resident of Illinois.

Visitation Friday May 19 2017 from 9:15 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Mass at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Name Cathedral 735 N. State St. Chicago IL 60610. Interment Graceland Cemetery Chicago IL.
