Charles was born on July 13, 1960 and passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018.

Charles was a resident of New Milford, New Jersey at the time of passing.

Visitation Wednesday 4-8pm and Thursday 2-4pm and 7-9pm at the Boulevard Funeral Home and Cremation Service, New Milford. Visitation at the Boulevard Funeral Home and Cremation Service from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on March 14, 2018.
