Charles was born on November 24, 1939 and passed away on Friday, September 15, 2017.

Charles was a resident of Houston County, Georgia at the time of passing.

He was a 1957 graduate of Perry High School.

A memorial service celebrating his life will be held on Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 2:00 pm in Unadilla United Methodist Church with Reverend James Aycock officiating.
