Charles was born on July 25, 1943 and passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017.

Charles was a resident of Bardstown, Kentucky at the time of passing.

He served a United States Army Veteran of Vietnam. where he received a Purple Heart and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

His funeral service will be 11:00 am Thursday March 16 2017 at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery. Rev. Jason Harris will officiate. Visitation will be 4 to 8 pm Wednesday March 15 and 9 to 11 am Thursday March 16 at Barlow Funeral Home. A prayer service will be 4 pm Wednesday.

Memorial contributions may go to St. Vincent Depaul Mission.
