Charles was born on December 17, 1924 and passed away on Thursday, March 8, 2018.

Charles was a resident of Conklin, New York at the time of passing.

Don was a WWII Veteran serving for 3 years in the Army in the South Pacific.

He was a member of the carpenters local from 1946-2018 and a member of the Masonic Lodge in Windsor. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, at 12:00pm, noon, at the Conklin Forks United Methodist Church, 4420 Brady Hill Road, Binghamton. Burial will be in the spring in Conklin Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Don's memory to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675-8517 Visitation at the Conklin Forks United Methodist Church from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on March 14, 2018.
