Charles Taylor, age 64 of Clinton passed away on November 22, 2016. Charles was a veteran of the United States Army having served his country in the Vietnam War. For many years Charles was a Boy Scout Camp Ranger at Camp Pellissippi in Andersonville and was a well-known karate and martial arts instructor in Tennessee especially in Anderson County. Throughout his life he loved to fly fish on the Clinch River and was a member of Sinking Springs United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by his wife, Victoria Taylor and parents Leon & Lillian Taylor.
He is survived by:
Daughter..... Lillian Taylor
Son……………….. Joseph Taylor
Grandchildren.. Deegan and Devin Long
Destiny Taylor and Brittany Taylor
The family will have a graveside service 1:00 pm, Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Sinking Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery with full military honors at graveside. Holley Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of all arrangements. holleygamble.com
