Charles was born on December 19, 1933 and passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2017.

Charles was a resident of Bainbridge, Georgia at the time of passing.

He honorably served his country in the Navy with the significant position of a mobile boat pool sailor during the Korean War.

Following his service Charles married Elizabeth Barr and had two children, Charles W. Cooper Jr. and Cynthia Denise Cooper.
