Charles was born on December 22, 1929 and passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2017.

Charles was a resident of Abbottstown, Pennsylvania at the time of passing.

Charles served his country proudly in the United States Navy for four years.

Following cremation, a memorial service to celebrate and remember Charles' life will be held 11:00AM, Thursday, August 10, 2017 at St. John's Lutheran Church, 100 Water Street, Abbottstown, PA with his Pastor the Rev. Shawn M. Berkebile officiating. Burial will be in St. John's Church Cemetery. A visitation and time to share memories with the family will be held from 10:00-11:00AM, Thursday, August 10, 2017 at the church.
