Charlie was born on January 29, 1928 and passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2016.

Charlie was a resident of Fort Worth, Texas at the time of his passing.

He graduated from Texas Tech with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

Charlie was in the Air Force.

He was married to Mercedes.

A graveside service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday October 13 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. The family will be present to receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
