Chris was born on January 8, 1961 and passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017.

Chris was a resident of Greenfield, Indiana at the time of passing.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 18, 2017, from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 19, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at the mortuary with viewing one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Philadelphia Cemetery in Greenfield.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made by mail to the Heifer International, 1 World Avenue, Little Rock, AR 72202.
