Claudia Lee Manson passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 16, 2016. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, a wonderful older sister, a loving mother, a proud grandmother, a caring aunt and a good friend and neighbor. She was born on February 17, 1942 in Fresno California to Virginia and Dudley Parish. She graduated from Morningside High School in Inglewood, California on June 19, 1959. After graduation she started working for the Federal Reserve Bank. She worked there for seven years before starting her family and moving to Bishop, California in 1968. She moved to Glendale, Arizona with her husband in July 1984 where she worked as an underwriter at CNA Insurance Company for more than 20 years. She is known for her passion for hiking, camping, fishing, gardening, traveling, jewelry design, baking, cooking, her love of animals and the great outdoors. She is proceeded in death by her mother and father. She is survived by her husband, Robert Manson, sister Susan Williams, brother in law Ray Williams, children Brian Finkbeiner, Dan Finkbeiner, Beth Creta, son in law Ken Creta, daughter in law Kelly Finkbeiner, eight grandchildren Alexis Creta, Ashley Finkbeiner, Katie Finkbeiner, Mikayla Creta, Ashlyn Finkbeiner, Justin Finkbeiner, Andrew Creta and Courtney Finkbeiner, Step Children Marcie Tacoronte, Michael Manson, Mandy Brauch and their families, her two furry babies Barney and Bailey. She will live forever in the hearts of her family and friends. A memorial service will be held on October 23, 2016 at 10 am at Chapel of The Chimes, 7924 N 59th Ave Glendale ,Arizona.
