Claudia Renee Jacobs, 35, was born April 22, 1979 to John William and Susie Evans Jacobs and returned to her Heavenly Father on March 22, 2015. Ms. Jacobs worked with disabled children and was a loving mother who loved gardening and cooking. Her hobbies included Roller Derby. She was preceded in death by her father, John William Jacobs and grandparents, Mary Ann Evans and Wynema and Steve Jacobs. She leaves to cherish her memory her loving children, MaKayla and Bladen Jones; her mother, Susie Evans Jacobs; her grandfather, Claude Evans; a sister, Kim Payne and husband, Brandon; a niece Kelsy Payne and a host of other family and friends. Services are 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 1, 2015, at the Chapel of James H. Davis Funeral Home in Owensboro. Friends may pay their respects from 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and after 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
