Clement was born on December 26, 1922 and passed away on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.

Clement was a resident of Pinckneyville, Illinois at the time of passing.

Dean was a veteran in the United States Army Air Corp having served during WWII.

Funeral services will be held at the First United Presbyterian Church, Pinckneyville, IL on Monday, April 16, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. with Reverend Sam Foskey officiating. Interment will be at I.O.O.F.

Memorials may be made to the First United Presbyterian Church.
